Our car that had been in and out of storage for quite some time. Jeff was able to identify and repair all the issues. He’s very efficient and his communication skills are excellent. He made sure we understood what was wrong with the vehicle and what he was going to work on. He made us feel at ease and comfortable with his recommendations. We trust Westshore Automotive 100%

Great first experience with Westshore Automotive. Had a strange sound on my X3. They were able to get it in right away and had it diagnosed within a couple of hours (not an easy one to find, with only a sound to go by). The defect was inside a tire, so kudos to them for the extra effort in finding it so they could be sure of a fix and being able to show it to me. Great service didn’t stop there though. I won’t bore you with the details, but he kept me fully informed, laid out multiple acceptable options for a safe and effective fix, and completed the repair ahead of schedule. I even found the cost competitive, considering this is obviously a quality minded operation. If you should need a repair, you’ll find they care about your car and you more than the money you’re about to spend.

I’ve lived in Tampa for about six years and I’ve always taken my cars to Westshore Automotive with Jeff and Megan. I swap out cars often and over the years I’ve had M2s, M3s, Porsches, and Wranglers. No matter what I bring in, they’ve taken care of every single one of them with the same level of attention and quality. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in Tampa to handle my maintenance and work. On top of always doing a great job, Jeff and Megan are simply awesome to work with—genuine, trustworthy, and just great people all around.
